Well, one of his sessions anyway!<a href=\"http:\/\/wordconstructions.com.au\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/shayne_tilley_pbevent2012.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-5154\" title=\"Shayne Tilley speaking at PBEvent 2012\" src=\"http:\/\/wordconstructions.com.au\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/shayne_tilley_pbevent2012.jpg\" alt=\"Shayne Tilley speaking about eBooks at PB Event 2012\" width=\"276\" height=\"184\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Shayne Tilley\" href=\"http:\/\/shaynetilley.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Shayne calls himself a problem solver<\/a>, or the internet marketing ninja, and is an expert at launching new products such as eBooks.<\/p>\n<p>The session I have just listened to (and attended in real life at the event) was about launching and marketing an eBook.<\/p>\n<h2>eBook launch tips&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>I think\u00a0a key message from\u00a0Shayne\u00a0was that the best launch plan is individual\u00a0&#8211; each person needs to mould their own launch to suit their situation.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, don&#8217;t just copy others and don&#8217;t expect the same results either.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on your topic, following and personality, different approaches will suit your launch better than others.<\/p>\n<p>Other tips I picked up from\u00a0Shayne\u00a0include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Social media relationships\" href=\"http:\/\/wordconstructions.com.au\/blog\/2010\/08\/social-media-relationships\/\">build relationships<\/a> with people in advance so you have an audience to launch to &#8211; this will help build momentum and sales<\/li>\n<li>get to a point where your product is ready &#8211; and then leave it alone and organise your launch. In business, done is better than perfect<\/li>\n<li>get an objective opinion of your launch plan and\u00a0materials by asking someone else to read over them and give you some\u00a0honest feedback.
