But did you know that the <a title=\"Content is part of your brand\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wordconstructions.com.au\/articles\/communications\/contentbrand.html\" target=\"_blank\">words you use in documents, on websites and in presentations also form part of your brand<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>For instance, if your brand is to be young and funky, you don&#8217;t want web copy that reads &#8220;In our experience, prospective partnerships are best developed through a commonality of interests&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Some factors to consider to ensure your written communications enhance your brand are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>using language to suit the audience you want to attract<\/li>\n<li>use <a title=\"Don\u2019t apologise for being Australian\" href=\"http:\/\/wordconstructions.com.au\/blog\/2008\/02\/dont-apologise-for-being-australian\/\" target=\"_blank\">Australian spelling and conventions <\/a>if your brand is &#8216;Australian owned&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>point of view &#8211; do you say &#8216;you&#8217; or &#8216;clients&#8217;?<\/li>\n<li>how do you write the business name?
