One bite at a time.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever there is a big issue in front of you, your best chance of success (and completion for that matter) is to break it down into manageable pieces and work your way through those pieces.<\/p>\n<p>So I liked <a title=\"Being a leader\" href=\"http:\/\/wordconstructions.com.au\/blog\/2011\/11\/being-a-leader\/\">another of General Cosgrove&#8217;s quotes<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">I\u00a0find complex issues drain energy from\u00a0people. Many can be overwhelmed. Young\u00a0people may not know how to attack the\u00a0beast. Breaking down problems is critical.<\/p>\n<p>Is there a problem you&#8217;re facing that you could break into bits?
