		<description>There&#039;s the catch, HRA - whatever we do to minimise looking like spam can also be done by spammers - and vice versa!

I think words with symbols in the middle look horrible and break the flow. I just list it as an option - I don&#039;t see this done as often now as it was 3 years ago.</description>

		<description>B.reaking the words with a symbol is interesting advice, because I tend to see this as a sign of spam!  But I guess if the rest of the message is legitimate, the person might just assume it&#039;s a typo (or if they&#039;re in the know, they might understand you are trying to get through the spam filter).</description>
