Although I have set myself boundaries around when I am "working" and not, I still often feel like I am making myself available to clients 12 hours + a day. This is totally of my own doing - I know I have not made it clear what my "working hours" are to clients. I do feel like I have flexibility in the way I work, but it could definitely be improved by being more clear to clients about when I am actually available (particularly for phone calls)
