You're raised some good points there Tash, and I love Nelson's comment.

In my past life as an employee I was blessed to have a few really good managers - three in particular. Whenever I am faced with a challening situation I ask myself, "How would so-and-so handle this?" It's been amazing how beneficial that process can be.
