Planning two weeks in advance is not only organised, Donna-Marie, it would give you peace of mind if something came up later, too.

I would have to say delegation is my biggest challenge from this list. Not so much in delegating for my blog, but more delegating other things, giving me more time for my blog. I am getting much better at this though! :)

I'm usually very organised - my strong area - and tend to plan my blogs for at least 2 weeks in advance.

Delegating a blog - yes, you could get a guest writer to help with the writing, or you could use a ghost writer and really save some time. For a business blog, if you really can't write well this may be a good solution but obviously writing it yourself helps build the relationships.

But I see it as delegating other tasks so you have time to blog. In Chris' entire article, he talks about delegating the software, hosting, design and functions of your blog, rather than the writing. He also talks about delegating your time effectively so that your blogging time is efficient.

Being organised is probably a common issue - I know I often fit blogging in on an ad hoc basis when I need a break from projects or think of something really good to add in. It may not be highly organised but it works for me as I need those breaks!

How do you delegate blog writing? Would that be inviting guest bloggers to blog for you, or get a ghost writer to blog?

For me, number 3 would be the toughie - I'm not as organised in my blog writing as I probably could be.
